Luxury Chenille Wrap Dressing Gown With Scrolls
This is now 56" long and is made in superlux chenille, which is heavier and has a more lush pile. We have decided to hold the price at the same level as the normal 52" long chenille dressing gown.
This super soft luxury cotton chenille wrap over dressing gown has design features which are totally unique to chenille. Firstly it features a set in belt, which is basically a belt which is a part of the robe, as can be seen on the image above. The set in belt gives the wearer a more flattering shape, it also means that the belt cannot get lost.
The sleeves and belt on this robe have another design feature which is unique to chenille, this is overtfutfing. Scrolls have been tufted on top of the chenille, on the arms and the belt, this bascially means the scroll shapes are raised above the rest of the chenille, but remain part of the chenille. The scrolls themselves are in the same chenille as the body.
The length of this dressing gown is 56 inches and it has a discreet concealed pocket.

| About Us Kinnaird was established in Ireland by the Kinnaird family in the early 1900's. The main business was, as it is now, the manufacture of a special type of cloth often known as candlewick. Which through our special manufacturing process was transformed into a much finer cloth known as chenille. The chenille was then used by us to manufacture robes, bedding and home textiles. To ensure the quality of these products they were all stitched first and then the product was dyed the desired colour. This gave the finished item a very soft feel, as well as colour which could not and still cannot be matched by mass manufacturing. Through the Kinnaird family's dedication and the skills of the workforce, the Kinnaird company prospered. Every year more and more people were introduced to Kinnaird products. The company even joined the war effort, producing blankets at a time when they were needed the most. As our reputation spread around the world, the most renowned retailers beat a path to our door. In the UK this included Marks & Spencer, The John Lewis Partnership, Debenhams, The House Of Fraser, and many more some of whom are still trading, some have been aquired and some are sadly no longer with us. Internationally there are too many names to mention from Roches in Ireland, Nordstrom in the US, to KaDeWe Germany, our products went all over the world. Chenille Is 100% Cotton? Chenille is a tufted cloth and has a base cloth with a textured pile. This basically means that the underside of the cloth is flat soft cotton, whereas the topside has a soft cotton pile which when touched your fingers sink into. This is acheived through are specialist machinery, which is exclusive to us. The fact that we dye stitched products and not cloth also helps. Chenille is 100% cotton and can be worn straight from the shower, it will not leave moisture on the wearer skin as polyester does. Also being a cotton, chenille is breathable which helps prevent perspiration, unlike polyester which is not breathable and often causes perspiration. Kinnaird On The Internet? All the items here are high quality Kinnaird products, which do not fit into today's high street criteria of low quality mass production. The internet has allowed us to reach like minded individuals who still value quality products and do not want to buy products made in countries that have no respect for basic human rights. | Shipping And Handling UK delivery is charged at £5 per order. Delivery times within the UK are usualy 7 working days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. Otherwise delivery time can take up to 30 days if the robe has to be made to your requirements. All of our robes are made using traditional methods and not mass produced products. Delivery to the rest of the EU is £10 by priority post and £15 by International recorded delivery.. Delivery to the EU takes around 3-14 days from despatch. Delivery to the Australia and New Zealand is £15 approx AUD$30 by courier.. Delivery to Australia and New Zealand usually takes around 5-10 from despatch. Delivery to the USA and rest of the World is £10 by courier.. Delivery to the rest of the World usually takes around 7-21 from despatch. These are indicated delivery times and actual times may vary. Please note we can only deliver to the billing address of the card used to make payment. | Returns Policy In addition to The Distance Selling Regulations, we offer a refund or exchange policy for all of our goods returned in a as new perfect condition within 14 days of reciept . On all refunds outide the regulations there is a £5 restocking charge and we do not reffund postage. For exchanges there is no extra charge. If you are unhappy with your order in any way please let us know, we may be able to help. Please see below for full return criteria and procedures. No items should be returned before contacting us. Returns Criteria We will refund or exchange items, but only when the item is in a unworn brand new condition in original packaging with all the original labels intact, worn items will not be exchanged ir refunded. You have a 'duty of care' over the garments until they are returned to us, you will also have to pay the costs of returning the goods to us and to take reasonable care to see they are received by us without delay. Where the item is returned to us in a used condition we will not issue a refund. Any items that have been worn, washed, marked, affected by odours including cigarette smoke, had any tags removed or are not in the original packaging are non-returnable. If you are unsure of sizing please contact us by email before placing your order or come and see us (if appropriate).. Please make your choice carefully as online card processing is expensive. Time Limitations Goods can be returned within 14 days (21 days for international orders) of receipt, for an exchange or refund, subject to the above criteria.
